Mannosidase is a widely used exoglycosidase enzyme in glycobiology. α-1-(2,3)-mannosidase from Solitalea canadensis. This product is recombinantly expressed in Escherichia coli and was purified using nickel-chelation chromatography. The purified enzyme was verified to have a mass of 120 kDa.

Enzyme/substrate ratio should be in the range of 0.04 U/25-80 μg.

500 μL α-1-(2,3)-mannosidase will contain 0.2 M sodium chloride, 0.3 M imidazole, 10% (v/v) glycerol and 0.1 M MES buffer, pH 6.5.
